The M.C.B.B.O.A. is a unit of the Alabama High School Athletic Association that serves High School and Middle School athletes, coaches, parents of the Mobile County and Baldwin County Public and Private school systems.

Our organization is structured to strictly enforce the orders of the association while at the same time offer a secondary income to all members.

The officials of the M.C.B.B.O.A. are contracted officials. The Board votes on all potential membership on an annual basis. The officials are sworn to uphold the Bi-laws and standard A.H.S.A.A. meeting protocal.
